This purpose of SES Satellites, a leading global satellite operator, was co-created during a strategy off-site with their Senior leadership team.

After the off-site, we helped SES organise a 3-day conference in Berlin for their top 100 global leaders to 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 the impact into the broader organisation.

Our objectives?
→ Visualising SES' current state inside-out and outside-in
→ Looking ahead towards their desired future North Star (purpose, ambitions, value, culture)
→ Building the detailed bridge between them with strategic initiatives and priorities

We also took our time to dive deeper into their culture.
